Brighart joins the group's exhibition in
New York
AIR, WATER, FIRE, EARTH
The motive of the elements examined by the French Philosopher
Gaston
Bachelard inpired a group of artists to further research. From
1 to 15
march 2008 they exhibit in the
Broadway Gallery in New York.
The exibition is composed by
Christine Kennedy and will be
opened on friday the 7th of march 2008.
High up in the sky
airy landscapes,
aspiration and expiration are
alternated with
open seas, flowing lines, melancholy and transparency.
The all
demolishing or just erotic fire is visible beside the
heavy,
dense earth which can sometimes be so hospitable and sometimes so
inhabitable.
Energy and movement are the themes which have inspired
Brighart for a
long time. Her work which is
abstract and inspires imagination is loved
by many people because of her
use of colour, the warmth and optimism it
expires.
